7.4/10

The hotel has a fantastic location, right by the boardwalk and just a short walk from all the fun of Key West. The rooms were generally clean and spacious, but I would recommend avoiding the ones facing Pier 31 if you want a good view. The service was friendly, though there were a few hiccups with the pool staff. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were a couple of minor drawbacks that kept it from being perfect.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the upside, the location was fantastic with beautiful views and close to everything I wanted to explore. The rooms were spacious, which was great for my family. However, I faced some issues with bugs and noise, which really detracted from my stay. The service could have been better, as the staff wasn’t very informative about the amenities available.

Rooms

The oceanfront suite was spacious and had nice amenities like a coffee machine and a small refrigerator, but there were issues with bugs and some broken items.
Service

The service staff was friendly but had some computer problems, and I felt they could have done a better job informing me about the hotel facilities.
Location

The location was excellent, just steps away from downtown museums, restaurants, and a beautiful sunset view at the pier. It made it easy to explore the area.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining to be pricey, and the food was unfortunately not tasty, which was disappointing.

The hotel had nice facilities, but they could have been better explained and utilized. I didn't see the sunrise deck until near the end of my stay.

8.0/10

My stay was overall quite pleasant, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The location was convenient, right across from some tourist attractions, but the view from my oceanfront room was often blocked by cruise ships, which was disappointing. The dining options were great, but not included in the stay, so that was a slight drawback in terms of value for money.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were very nice and clean, but after housekeeping vacuumed, there was a lingering dog odor. I also noticed the air conditioning units were quite noisy, although my second room was better in that regard.
Service
10.0
The service was exceptional! From valet to check-out, everything was handled with such care, especially during the busy Fantasy Fest. The staff really made my experience special.
Location
6.0
The hotel is situated on the marina, which is bustling and lively, close to Mallory Square and other attractions but cramped due to the presence of large cruise ships blocking the oceanfront view.
Dining
8.0
Dining was not included, but everything I tried was delicious, with a decent variety, including some vegan options. It met my expectations based on the hotel's reputation.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were good, with a nice pool area, although it wasn't the most spacious setting.

The hotel offers a great location just off Duval Street, which makes it easy to explore Key West. The rooms are equipped with nice amenities like coffee machines and TVs, but the view left something to be desired. The service was efficient but lacked warmth, especially when it came to assisting with luggage. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay with its pools and on-site restaurant, but the value for money could be improved.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms had nice amenities like coffee machines, TVs, and were generally clean, but I ended up with a terrible view at the end of the hall. While they were adequate, I expected more considering the cost.
Service

8.6/10

I had a great experience at the hotel, especially thanks to the ideal location across from Duval and on the water. The staff surprised me with champagne and a fruit basket for my 60th birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room upgrade was fantastic, offering stunning views of the harbor and sunsets. On the downside, my room wasn’t made up all day, which was a bit frustrating, but overall, it was a memorable stay.

Rooms
9.0
The room upgrade to a top floor suite was excellent, providing beautiful views of the harbor and sunsets, although I did arrive to a broken air conditioner. It was spacious and comfortable overall.
Service
7.0
The staff was mostly friendly, and their surprise champagne and fruit basket made my birthday special. They even offered us water to cool down. However, I found some interactions less than friendly, which could use improvement.
Location

The hotel is positioned perfectly to enjoy both the resort and everything Key West has to offer, sitting right across the street from Duval yet in a quiet area on the water.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was wonderful; each morning we enjoyed delicious breakfast on the front patio with beautiful views of passing boats and the cruise ship in front. However, I wish breakfast could have been complementary as dining options nearby are limited.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with a great location and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and made my experience enjoyable. However, I found the dining options a bit pricey and not as tasty as I was hoping. The pool area was nice, but I was disappointed that it closed for maintenance early in the evening.
